Prepare for birth together with a five-week series designed for expecting parents and their birth partners.
Led by Kemi, this series will walk couples through what to expect during labour and birth, comfort and coping techniques, the role of the support person, preparing for the unexpected, and building confidence as you get ready to welcome your baby.
Each week offers time to learn, ask questions, practice together, and feel more prepared for the experience ahead.
Infant Massage Intro

Curious about infant massage? Join us for a relaxed, one-hour introductory class to learn about the benefits of infant massage and try a few gentle techniques with your baby.
This session is a preview of our upcoming 5-week Infant Massage Series, where families can learn the full massage routine week by week.
Come meet the instructor, learn a little, and see if the full series is a good fit for you and your baby!
Room rentals
West Country Midwives has a classroom space for rent for community events or educational classes. Rental rates are $20/hr, $50/half day, and $75/day. The classroom has a large TV, DVD player, table and chairs. Maximum capacity is 20 people. Please contact westcountrymidwives@gmail.com for more info or to book.
