Andrea works exclusively with women and specializes in pregnancy, postpartum and abdominal therapy. Pregnancy massage is important for preparing your pelvis, hips and ribcage for birth. Postpartum manual therapy helps your body recover from birth and become functional and strong as you move into motherhood. Abdominal therapy addresses menstrual, surgical, digestive and many other discomforts. No matter where you are on your mothering journey, Andrea can help you to understand your body and get moving the way you want to.
